🏡 Strathroy has seen significant growth in its real estate market in recent years. Single-family homes make up the majority of the market and range from historic homes with charming details to new builds with modern amenities.
🏡 Strathroy is an amazing community, its the community my wife and I chose to raise our 3 kids in. Our kids went to North Meadows public school and graduated from SDCI - Strathroy High School. We spent lots of time at the arenas at hockey games and on the soccer fields. Back in 2002 when our kids were young two of the biggest things that drew us to Strathroy were; the high school, and we viewed Strathroy as being “self contained”, meaning we could get everything we needed in Strathroy, and this was back when there was no Amazon delivery lol. It was also a big bonus when we looked ahead at all 3 kids reaching age 16 and learning to drive, Strathroy was the perfect sized town for this, it gave us so much peace of mind as parents.
